Shipping, Warranty, Guarantee, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Policy:

All orders shipped weekly with valid credit card number from Canada. (2024 Pre-orders start shipping October 21, 2024.

Standard shipping within Canada via "Canada Post - Expedited Service", including insurance.  Standard shipping to USA via USPS.  All shipping costs are billed to you "at our cost".

If the postal service/courier attempts delivery but there is no one to accept the shipment, they may leave a Postal Card/Notification Card in your door/mailbox to indicate your local post office where your shipment can be picked-up.

If shipment is returned due to non-acceptance or the customer makes no attempt to pick-up their shipment,  it will be returned to our office at our expense.  If customer requests re-shipment, additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer for return shipment to our office plus new shipping fee for re-shipment.

Warranty: 
All products carry a 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials, from date of purchase. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, we will replace product at no charge.

Returns/Refunds:
As this is a personal product, all sales are final with NO returns.
Should you have a specific issue and/or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our office so we can resolve your issue. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we will make it right!

All prices subject to change without notice.
Last price change:  November 2024 - Removed Canada Post as a shipping option due to strike.
